GreenPointe Communities, LLC, was recently honored by the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council with five Laurel Awards for TrailMark, a nature-first community located just 20 minutes from Jacksonville in northern St. Johns County, and EvenTide, a new community in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach with private beach access just steps away.
GreenPointe received three gold awards – Best Marketing Video for TrailMark, Best Consumer Promotional Event at TrailMark and Best Logo for EvenTide. The company’s two silver awards were presented for Best Brochure for EvenTide and Best Print Ad Quarter Page for EvenTide.

TrailMark’s Fall Festival promotional event showcased the community’s family and recreation-first lifestyle. TrailMark welcomed everyone to join residents, builders and local merchants for a day of family fun and celebration. More than 2,000 attendees enjoyed live music, a pumpkin patch, a farmer’s market, rock climbing wall, obstacle course, face painting, food trucks and games for kids of all ages. The event not only increased community awareness but was also a day of fun and an opportunity for everyone to form new friendships.

EvenTide’s “Memorable becomes Unforgettable” ad campaign reveals how a home in EvenTide can be truly unforgettable. Through the use of transparency treatments, layers of imagery and sand, the ad evokes breezy days at the beach and capture heartfelt moments of which memories are made. The quarter page ad first appeared in the Wall Street Journal Mansions edition in May 2017.
